📦 Shipping Policy – USA Orders

1. Shipping Destinations
   We offer international shipping to most states and regions across the United States. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your area, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to check.
2. Delivery Time
   Delivery times vary based on location, shipping provider, and seasonal demand. In most cases, orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the shipping date.
   Please note: Delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues may occur and are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
   Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. The exact cost will be visible before completing your purchase.
4. Taxes, Duties & Customs (USA)
   
• All prices on our website are exclusive of Israeli VAT, as international orders are VAT-exempt.
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or local sales tax imposed by U.S. authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
• If additional fees are required to release the package, the shipping company will contact you directly.

1. אזורי שילוח
   אנו מציעים משלוחים לארצות הברית לרוב המדינות והאזורים. אם אינך בטוחה אם אנו שולחים לאזור שלך – נשמח לבדוק עבורך.
2. זמני אספקה
   זמני האספקה משתנים לפי היעד, חברת השילוח ועונות השנה. ברוב המקרים, המשלוח יגיע בתוך 7–14 ימי עסקים מרגע השילוח.
   שימי לב: עיכובים שאינם תלויים בנו (כגון מכס, מזג אוויר או עומסים אצל חברות השילוח) עלולים להשפיע על זמן ההגעה.
3. עלות משלוח
   עלות המשלוח מחושבת בקופה בהתאם ליעד ולמשקל ההזמנה. ניתן לראות את המחיר לפני התשלום.
4. מע”מ, מכס ומסים מקומיים בארה”ב
   
• המחירים באתר אינם כוללים מע”מ ישראלי, בהתאם לחוק (מאחר ומדובר ביצוא).
• מסים, מע”מ מקומי, מכס או כל חיוב אחר שיתקבל בארה”ב – הם באחריות הלקוחה בלבד.
• במידה ויידרש תשלום נוסף לשחרור המשלוח – חברת השילוח תיצור קשר ישירות.

6. פרטי משלוח
   יש לוודא הכנסת כתובת מדויקת, כולל מיקוד, מספר טלפון ופרטים מזהים נוספים במידת הצורך.
   כל עיכוב או חיוב נוסף שייגרם כתוצאה מכתובת שגויה – באחריות הלקוחה.
7. אחריות וביטוח
   אנו אורזים את ההזמנות בקפידה. במידה והמשלוח ניזוק או אובד בדרכו – נשתדל לסייע ככל הניתן מול חברת השילוח. עם זאת, מומלץ לוודא שיש כיסוי ביטוחי מתאים למשלוח.
